  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery/pickup, with photographic evidence.

 

8. Allergies & Food Safety

  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before purchase.

  • We handle beef, pork, chicken, and may use shared preparation areas.

  • We follow Australian food safety standards but cannot guarantee cross-contamination will never occur.

Perishable Products

Due to the nature of fresh meat, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
